The Run of Show.

Your vendors are booked.
Your vision is set.
Now you need someone to carry it across the finish line.

I step in once your planning is complete to manage the execution of your wedding day from start to finish.

I align your vendor team, direct the flow of the timeline, manage real-time decisions behind the scenes, and oversee every transition from final setup through vendor departure.

You won’t be answering vendor questions while getting dressed. You won’t be checking a timeline during cocktail hour. You won’t be solving problems guests never even notice.

I handle the cues, the pacing, and the dozens of small decisions that turn a plan into a well-run event.

Whether you're getting married at a full-service venue or transforming a private space, I manage the entire production of the day, not just the visible moments, but everything happening behind them.

You get to experience your wedding.
I handle the rest.

I take on a limited number of weddings each season to provide focused attention and hands-on support for every couple I serve.

Wedding Day Management & Coordination

Starting at $2,500

For couples who have thoughtfully planned their wedding and want an experienced event professional to step in, refine the logistics, and confidently run the day.

Wedding Management begins once your primary vendors are secured and your planning moves into the execution phase. From there, I get fully up to speed on your plans, align your vendor team, and take ownership of the timeline so you can step out of the group texts and start looking forward to your wedding.

What's included:

Kickoff transition meeting
a deep review of your plans, priorities, and vendor team so I understand what matters most and where I need to step in

Execution phase communication support
questions get answered quickly, decisions don't stall, and you can stop managing logistics conversations yourself

Master wedding day timeline creation & vendor alignment
I build the central production schedule and ensure every vendor operates from one unified plan instead of separate timelines competing for attention

Vendor confirmation & coordination
no chasing responses, wondering if something fell through, or double-checking details. I make sure everyone is prepared and aligned

Venue walkthrough
I evaluate flow, logistics, and transitions in your actual space so nothing feels improvised on the wedding day

Ceremony rehearsal management (up to 1 hour)
your wedding party knows where to stand, your parents know when to sit, and no one's winging it when it matters

Up to 10 consecutive hours of wedding day management
full oversight from final setup through key transitions and into the main reception flow

Day-of production leadership
I serve as the point person for logistics and timing so vendors can focus on their craft while I direct the flow of the day

I work with weddings of all sizes, from intimate elopements and microweddings to full receptions. What matters isn’t the guest count; it’s that you want experienced oversight and confident direction on your day.

Level of Support

Most couples begin Wedding Management support in the final 4–8 weeks once planning is largely complete. For weddings with larger guest counts, complex logistics, or multiple locations, earlier onboarding may be recommended.

Investment may adjust based on overall scope and complexity.

Vendor sourcing and full planning services are not included in Wedding Management.

Junior Coordinator

For weddings with 200+ guests, multi-location timelines, or venues without built-in coordination (such as private estates or non-traditional spaces), additional support is required to maintain service coverage and timeline flow.
