Wedding Day & Event Management FAQ.
-
Wedding Day Management begins approximately 90 days before your wedding, once planning is mostly complete. This is when we transition from planning into the execution phase, and I step in to organize logistics and vendor coordination.
-
I don't plan or design weddings. My role is to manage the logistics portion of the plans you've already made, be the point person for your vendors, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the wedding day.
-
Wedding Day Management includes up to 10 hours of on-site coverage plus ceremony rehearsal direction (up to 1 hour).
-
I oversee vendor setup and place personal décor items like signage, place cards, and guest book displays. Heavy setup (tables, chairs, large rentals, extensive florals) is handled by your venue and rental teams.
-
Wedding Day Management is ideal for couples who have planned their wedding, have their vendors booked, and want a professional to take over execution so they can be fully present on their wedding day.
-
No. Once management begins, I become the main logistics contact for your vendors so you can step away from coordinating details.
-
Most couples book Wedding Day Management 6–12 months in advance to secure their date, even though services begin 90 days before the wedding.
