Event Management.
Starting at $3,500
For smaller milestone events, a limited-scope coordination option is also available.
Your event is planned. Now you need someone to execute it.
I offer selective coordination for organizations and individuals who have done the work and want an experienced professional to own the day.
With over a decade producing large-scale events in the nonprofit and performing arts world, I bring a level of operational calm and precision that’s hard to find.
I take on a limited number of events each year to give every client my full attention.
Event Production Management
-
01. Kickoff Consultation
A 90-minute working session to review your plans, vendor team, priorities, and overall direction. This is where responsibility shifts and I step fully into the execution role.
-
02. Venue Walkthrough
An in-person review of the space to confirm layout, flow, and timing—ensuring the plan reflects how the event will actually operate.
-
03. Run of Show Development
A production-level schedule built from the ground up. Every vendor, transition, and key moment is accounted for in a single, controlled document.
-
04. Vendor Coordination
I take over as the primary point of contact for all event-day logistics, aligning your vendor team and managing communication leading into the event.
-
05. Final Review
A pre-event check-in to confirm all details are locked. Timeline finalized, vendors aligned, and no outstanding gaps.
-
06. Day-of Direction
From load-in through close, I oversee execution, manage timing, direct the flow, and handle issues as they arise.
Level of Support.
Full-scale event management begins once your vendor team is finalized and key planning decisions are in place. From there, I build the run of show and step in as the primary point of contact for all logistics through execution.
On-site coverage includes up to 10 hours of direction and oversight.
For larger guest counts, complex logistics, or multi-location events, earlier involvement may be required. Scope is determined during your consultation.
Full-scale event management begins at $3,500 and is tailored based on guest count, logistics, and overall scope.
Events exceeding 200 guests or spanning multiple locations require an assistant coordinator.
✦ $700 | Up to 8 hours
Vendor sourcing and full planning services are not included.
Wedding Weekend Events
The weekend doesn’t have to stop at the ceremony.
I oversee select wedding weekend events for couples who want the same level of attention across every moment, not just the main one.
✦ Rehearsal dinners
✦ Welcome parties
✦ Engagement parties
✦ Post-wedding brunches
Each event is approached with the same level of structure and oversight: a clear run of show, aligned vendors, and a single point of direction from start to finish.
Wedding weekend events are available as an add-on for existing wedding management clients and can be discussed during your consultation.
