Wedding Day Management.
Starting at $2,500
Your vendors are booked.
Your vision is set.
Now you need someone to carry it across the finish line.
I step in once planning is complete, take the lead on execution, and direct every transition so you can be fully present instead of managing the day you planned.
You won't be answering questions while getting dressed. You won't be solving problems during cocktail hour. That's all me.
Where My Approach
Comes From.
I've spent over a decade producing events for the San Francisco Symphony, the Exploratorium, and Dress for Success San Francisco. These are environments where one missed cue ripples through hundreds of people, and every vendor has to move in sync.
That's the standard I bring to weddings. I build your timeline in advance, get every vendor working from the same plan, and run the day so nothing falls through the cracks.
If something needs solving on your wedding day, you won't hear about it until it's already handled. That's not luck. That's just how I work.
The Run of Show Method.
-
01. Kickoff Meeting
We start with a 90-minute deep dive into your plans, your vendor team, your priorities, and your vision for how the day should feel. This is where the handoff begins.
-
02. Venue Walkthrough
We walk the space together and look at layout, flow, and timing so the schedule reflects how the day will actually move, not just how it looks on paper.
-
03. Timeline Development
I build a production-level timeline from scratch. One document that keeps your entire vendor team on the same page and gives everyone a clear reference for the day.
-
04. Vendor Alignment
I take over as your point of contact with vendors. I confirm arrival times, logistics, and responsibilities. If they have a question on the day, they come to me.
-
05. Final Review
A check-in before the wedding to make sure everything is locked in. I send out the timeline, field any last questions, and close any loose ends.
-
06. Wedding Day
From rehearsal through breakdown, this is what everything has been building toward. I manage vendors, keep timing on track, direct the flow, and handle whatever comes up.
Level of Support.
Wedding Day Management starts 90 days before your wedding. By that point, vendors are confirmed and most decisions are made. The focus shifts to getting everything organized and building a plan that actually holds on the day.
From there, I take over timeline development, vendor coordination, and logistics so you can stop thinking about the details and start looking forward to getting married.
Day-of coverage includes up to 10 hours on-site and up to one hour of ceremony rehearsal direction.
Vendor sourcing and full planning are not part of this package.
I take on a limited number of weddings each season to give every couple my full attention.
