What This Looks Like.
The details are already in place: the venue, the food, maybe even a signature cocktail.
What you don’t need is to spend the night answering vendor questions or checking what time things are happening.

Pricing depends on guest count, event length, and how much setup or coordination is involved.
How The Day Runs.
Before the event, we walk through your timeline and confirm all the details; venue layout, food arrival, setup needs, how you want the flow to go.
Day-of:
✦ Vendors and deliveries are managed so nothing falls on you
✦ Timing stays on track without needing your attention
✦ Setup is directed so everything lands where it should
✦ If something needs adjusting, it’s handled quietly
You get to have a drink, eat the food you ordered, and actually talk to your guests.
This service is coordination and direction focused, and does not include heavy set up or installation. If your event involves furniture moving or large installs, your venue or rental team will handle that side of things. I’ll make sure it all comes together as planned.
What To Expect.
The event runs. The cake gets cut on time. Food comes out when it should. Your photographer isn't standing around waiting.
If something's off, I fix it. If your cousin shows up an hour early, I handle it. If the cake arrives late, you won't know.
For larger gatherings or more complex setups, I bring support.
I'm based in the Bay Area. Events outside San Francisco and surrounding areas may include travel considerations.
