For couples who planned the wedding and now want someone else to take ownership of the day. I step in 30 days out, get fully up to speed on your vendors and timeline, and take it from there, so you can step out of the group texts, stop fielding vendor questions, and start experiencing your wedding.

90-Day Coordination | Starting at $3,200
Everything in 60-Day Coordination, plus:
✦ I shift from coordinator to production lead
→ reviewing vendor contracts, pressure-testing timelines, aligning logistics, and catching gaps before they become problems
✦ Full vendor relationship management from 90 days forward
→ I'm the point person. Vendors reach out to me, not you.
✦ Support for any last-minute adjustments
→ vendor replacements, timeline shifts, layout changes — if something needs fixing, I manage the transition so your plan stays intact
Junior Coordinator
For weddings with 200+ guests, multi-location events, or venues without dedicated on-site coordination (such as private estates or non-traditional spaces), a Junior Coordinator is required to ensure appropriate coverage and maintain the pace and flow of the day.

Travel
Complimentary within 40 miles of San Francisco. Beyond that:

✦ 77–120 miles | $300
Travel fees cover all required site visits, including walkthrough, rehearsal, and wedding day coverage.
